‘Shanti’ – 2 hours – £80.00
Shanti means peace or Inner Peace and through this ritual, that is what I aim to help you achieve.
We will start with a Pranayama (breath work) session then move into a meditation. Then, you will lie down and let the magic of Shirodhara happen.
This ritual is absolutely beautiful and is designed to bring a calmness to the mind, therefore, once the treatment has completed, I will leave the music on, music which has been chosen specifically for this treatment, and let you process what has just happened. You may feel ‘spaced out’ for a short while afterwards, therefore I suggest you allow 2 hours for this treatment.
