In Sanskrit, the word chakra means wheel, or disc and it refers to energy systems in the body. There are 7 main chakras. When these energy centres are open and balanced, the body can start to heal on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. When they are imbalanced, blockages can occur therefore preventing the flow of energy, this can lead to dis-ease within the body and mind.

The vibrations from the bowls help achieve and deeper relaxation in the body and mind. The vibrations can help reduce stress and therefore promote healing within the body

This therapy works by helping the central nervous system to relax. When the mind relaxes a detox naturally happens. We spend so much time worrying about the past and the future that we don’t focus on the now. By allowing the mind to relax, we can cleanse the thought process.

This therapy is for healing the internal organs that are associated with the foot and hand reflexology zones.  It is a very gentle therapy that can be performed on any age group.
